Fig Femme Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase, issuance, and use of Fig Femme Gift Cards ("Gift Cards") on the Fig Femme e-commerce platform. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Gift Card Validity:

   - The Fig Femme Gift Card is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

   - Any unused balance on the Gift Card after the expiration date will be forfeited.

2. Redemption:

   - The Gift Card can be redeemed only on the Fig Femme e-commerce platform.

   - To redeem, enter the unique Gift Card code at the checkout page during the payment process.

3. Non-resellable:

   - Gift Cards are not be resold.

4. No Cash Redemption:

   - Gift Cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.

5. Combining Gift Cards:

   - Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.

   - Gift Cards cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions.

6. Discount Codes Exclusion:

   - Discount codes or promotional offers cannot be applied to the purchase of Fig Femme Gift Cards.

7. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:

   - Fig Femme is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

   - Treat the Gift Card like cash, as lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

8. Refunds:

   - Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable.

9. Gift Card Balance:

   - To check the balance of your Gift Card, visit the Fig Femme website or contact Fig Femme customer support.

10. Fraudulent Activity:

    - Fig Femme reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and orders for suspected fraud or violation of these Terms.

11. Modification of Terms:

    - Fig Femme reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. The terms applicable to the Gift Card are those in effect on the date of purchase.

12. Governing Law:

    - These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
