If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Fig Femme, we're here to help. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of your purchase to address any issues and initiate the return process.
For returns, we recommend sending the product back via Registered Post. We suggest that you prepay all postage costs. It's important to note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. This includes any risks of loss, theft, or damage during transit. Therefore, we recommend insuring your parcel and providing a tracking number. Fig Femme cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged in transit if they are not insured or tracked.
